A fitness influencer who had one of her sex secrets exposed by a friend during a podcast has left her co-host in hysterics.
Steph Claire Smith’s friend was on the phone and revealed that when the mother-of-one was a teenager she had all these “sexy little outfits”.
“You would wear them with your boyfriend at the time – your nurse outfits,” her friend, who had prerecorded a voice note, revealed.
“Then you would hide them and your mum would clean your room for you, she’d find them and hang them up all nicely for you and just never mention in.”
Steph couldn’t stop laughing as her friend aired her confession, but co-host Laura Henshaw, co-founder of Keep it Cleaner with Steph, was stunned.
“You had nurse outfits,” Laura shrieked, before adding there was no shame.
“Did you role play at 17? Did you put a voice on?”
Steph then confessed she definitely put on a voice while role playing as a nurse, but added she couldn’t do the accent if she wasn’t in “that frame of mind”.
She said the encounters would often play out as though she and her then-boyfriend didn’t know each other.
“I think because we’ve known each other forever, I think that’s why I used to play characters,” she said, adding it allowed the could to “mix it up”.
The 29-year-old is now married to Josh Miller, with the pair sharing a son, Harvey, who they welcomed in May 2021.
Followers of the KICPOD were in stitches over the revelation into Steph’s sex life.
“Screaming the question makes this so much funnier,” one social media user commented about Laura’s reaction.
Another said: “Okay I have to know – was it the ‘Bras and things’ nurse outfit? Because same.”
One added: “I would have never returned home if my mum did that.”
