A popular pizza chain with restaurants across Adelaide has quietly shut shop leaving hungry customers confused.
Hey Bianca has deleted its signature app where customers would make their orders as well as deactivated its social media platforms – Facebook and Instagram.
This comes in the wake of the “hole in the wall restaurant” in Brighton appearing empty with no signs on the windows to explain the closure.
However its Google listing on all locations – the city, West Beach and Brighton – are all marked as “permanently closed”.
When a customer messaged on the app, prior to its deactivation, to ask why for the last few weeks she kept receiving a message that the kitchen was closed, the response was that “we’ve unfortunately left the building”.
“It’s been a fun ride and we appreciate you being us (sic) customer for a day, a year or a lifer from the very beginning.”
Now when customers attempt to download the app via the website the site cannot be reached.
First established in 2017, the pizza shop only offered takeaway or delivery Neapolitan-style pizza.
