‘I’m sick of being mum-shamed at school, so I dress to make parents upset’

“Don’t hate on the s**t mums club. We are amazing mothers paving the way for the next generation,” mum Katie says in the video.

Katie is fed up with parents shaming her when she drops her kid off at school.

Every morning she drives her three children to the school gates but is often lambasted by judgmental parents

So the self-described “sh** mum” decided to take things up a notch with her fashion choices

Mum hits back at parents who shamed her outfit at school drop-off

“Good mums say bad words”

In a viral TikTok clip, the Welsh mum lipsynced to Eminem’s Without Me in a casual blue jumper

“Finally being able to tell my story…” she began.

In a smooth transition, she appeared wearing a beanie and a crewneck that said, “Good mums say bad words.”

“Got my new school pickup outfit… #EndMotherShaming,” she captioned the video.

She later explained she will wear the shirt “with pride” when she next picks up her kids from school and doesn’t give a hoot if anyone judges her.

Known for her laidback, unfiltered (and clearly sarcastic) parenting approach, she has taken her three kids to festivals and filmed herself breastfeeding on the dance floor.

Other clips she has shared include her “neglecting” her children on holidays, putting them in “jail beds” and teaching them that “theft is an important childhood skill.”

She also affectionately called her kids “bloody boomerangs” because they “always come back to you” no matter how hard she tries to get rid of them.

But she is quick to shut down trolls online. “Don’t hate on the s**t mums club,” she said. “We are amazing mothers paving the way for the next generation.”

“I thought it was weird to know some mums don’t swear at all!”

Katie has gained over 500,000 followers on TikTok, and people online applaud her for “keeping it real” at the school drop-off.

“How do I follow you twice,” someone laughed. “I feel at this stage they should just appreciate that I'm there and dressed,” said another.

“My children attend a Christian school, and I'd love to see some faces,” another parent added.

“My mum swore so much as I grew up, my sister the same with her four kids, I thought it was weird to know some mums don’t swear,” a woman wrote.

“I need this!” another mum wrote. “I’ll wear it with you on the school run!”
