$18 Kmart item shoppers loving

The customer, Tricia, explained that her baking dish gave out on her “out of nowhere” so she wants to warn other shoppers to be extra careful.

"Kmart owes me"

Posting to the Kmart Hacks and Decor page, she wrote: “My baking dish exploded… I have been using this for over a year no problem!

“I took it out of the and it just went nuts…”

She then shared a photo of the mess. The ceramic dish is broken and there are shards everywhere, including throughout the risotto she had just made.

Tricia also showed a photo of her bleeding finger that was cut when the baking dish exploded.

“Kmart owes me what I have lost in food,” she concluded.

"I've never trusted Kmart products like this"

A different group member shared, “I had a wok type dish with lid and the lid shattered into my meal also from Kmart. Didn’t get anything back as I didn’t have my receipt as it was over a year old.”

“Oh geez, scary! I've never trusted Kmart products like this,” revealed one woman. “I always buy quality cookware and it lasts forever!”

Someone else asked: “Has it damaged your floor?” to which Tricia replied, “Yep, there are dents.”

Someone else concluded: “Sorry to say but after using it for over a year, it would probably be put down to wear and tear unless it has a warranty of longer than a year.”
