Horncastle Plumbing have secured the title of South Australia’s best plumber for the second consecutive year; an exciting achievement during a milestone year for the business.

Founded in 2014, owner Cal Horncastle attributes the 24/7 plumbing service’s success to the support of their loyal clients.

“Over the ten years of business, we have built and grown but my proudest achievement is the fact we have held onto a lot of existing clients who have been with us from the beginning,” Mr Horncastle said.

“It feels great (to win again), it shows we’re doing something right.”

Horncastle Plumbing prides itself on its commitment to stand out customer service which helps set them apart in a heavily saturated market.

“One thing we always tell the boys when they go out on a job is that we always take our boots off and respect the client’s home,” Mr Horncastle said.

“We really try and focus on that.”

Mr Horncastle and his team are passionate about providing cost-effective plumbing services in a time-efficient manner to homes across the state, “from McLaren Vale to Gawler and everywhere in-between.”

“It’s just good to be able to help people when they’re in need,” Mr Horncastle said.
