Cathryn McLauchlan began her journalism career in 2015 working on a regional newspaper in New South Wales. Two years later she returned to her hometown, Adelaide, and is passionate about telling stories through numbers and finding new ways to connect with readers. In 2020 Cathryn moved into News Corp’s national data journalism team, experimenting with the idea of bringing news writing and coding skills together.
