US reality star Chrishell Stause found a slice of home in Adelaide ahead of her partner Aussie music sensation G Flip’s show at Hindley Street Music Hall on Friday night.
The Selling Sunset cast member shared a video of herself dancing up a storm at Gilbert Place bar Shotgun Willie’s on Thursday night.
“I’m all the way in Australia, and all of a sudden, (this) Kentucky girl is in a southern bar in Australia. So I’m teaching everyone how to line dance,” she said in the Instagram story before busting a move with a local.
It’s understood Stause was at the southern-themed bar with her chart-topping wife G Flip. The happy couple later headed down to adjoining venue, Memphis Slim’s House of Blues.
Earlier in the night, G Flip and Stause, along with members of their crew, dined at Italian hotspot, Osteria Oggi, on Pirie St.
The non-binary singer-songwriter is in Australia for their first headline tour Down Under since 2019.
The couple took Queensland by storm last week, with crowds going wild as Stause met and posed for photos with fans prior to G Flip’s opening night show in Brisbane.
“The first 4 shows of tour have been fckin fun!! Can’t wait for more shows this week,” said G Flip on social media after a pair of gigs in Brisbane and Cairns.
Stause added: “Cheers to you Brisbane! Such a gorgeous city and such an amazing night!”
Born Georgia Flipo, G Flip will play a sold-out show at Adelaide’s Hindley Street Music Hall on Friday night.
Originally from Melbourne, the performer’s much-anticipated national tour comes as their new album Drummer debuted at No. 1 on the ARIA charts.
“I cried for many hours and then cried on stage last night. ️I am so grateful,” G Flip wrote on social media said after finding out the good news.
“Thank you to every single person that has bought this record, who has streamed it, who has ever supported me in anyway possible, who has ever come to one of my shows since I was 15. You’re the reason this has happened.”
Since their last tour on home soil, G Flip’s career has skyrocketed, highlighted by a performance at the AFL Grand Final in 2022, a relocation to Los Angeles, and several appearances on Selling Sunset.
G Flip and Stause met on the set of one of her music videos in May last year, and have since drawn plenty of attention, thanks to playful Instagram exchanges, steamy music clips and regular public appearances.
Ms Stause identified as heterosexual before beginning her relationship with G Flip, who is non-binary and does not identify as a woman or a man.
Ms Stause announced their relationship on the show Selling Sunset in May 2022.
“I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that‘s very important to me. Their name is G Flip. They’re non-binary, so they go by they/them,” she said during the episode. ”And they are an extremely talented musician.”
After a year of dating, the pair wed in Las Vegas in May.
“It was super beautiful and super cute,’’ G Flip told Nick Viall’s podcast. “It was just so us and it was just so awesome.
“We plan to do a ceremony every single year. Why would you just do it once?”
