Megan Fox had fans doing a double take as she embraced her natural beauty in a makeup-free selfie.

The Transformers star showed off her bare face on Instagram while preparing to apply Wella Professionals hair treatment to her dyed blue locks and 26-inch extensions post-Coachella.

She appeared only to be wearing lip gloss on her plumped lips as her skin glowed sans foundation.

Fox’s down-to-earth mirror selfie also showed her rocking a black bra and red plaid pyjama pants.

The blue-eyed beauty, 37, divided fans in the comment section as several had never seen her without her usual glam.

“Who is this?” several fans wrote, to which a user responded, “A confident woman that isn’t hiding behind makeup.”

“It’s just because it’s the first time you’ve seen her without makeup. But it’s her and she’s naturally beautiful,” another chimed in.

“I love this photo. It’s so real. We need more of this” a fourth wrote while another raved over how “she kept it simple.”

“Bro is pretty even without makeup,” a fifth wrote.

“I love this photo. It’s so real. We need more of this!,” someone else praised.

Another of Fox’s followers also took a jab at the critics claiming the snap “doesn’t look like her.”

“Yall never seen a woman without makeup and still look good f**k off you trolls,” the fan wrote.

“No make up? Soooo beautiful,” a user added.

Meanwhile, several others were stopped in their tracks thinking the Jennifer’s Body star was Kim Kardashian.

“I literally scrolled past and thought this was Kim,” one person wrote as another chimed in, “Why the hell did I think this was Kim Kardashian?”

Aside from keeping it real on social media, Fox recently got candid about the plastic surgery procedures she has undergone over the years.

During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast in March, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star revealed she got her boobs “done conservatively” before filming the second Transformers movie.

“I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids,” the actor — who shares three kids with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green — explained.

“I had my nose done when I was in my early twenties,” Fox added, explaining fans have accused her of having “six, seven, eight rhinoplasty surgeries.”

The actress admitted she’s also had Botox and filler, though she’s avoided “threads” out of fear “they’d interfere” if she decided to get a facelift.

“I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that,” she continued.
