A quiet dinner on Italy’s Amalfi Coast took an exciting turn for Adelaide woman Jessica Fantasia when a group of Hollywood stars, led by Leonardo DiCaprio, walked in and sat at the next table.
DiCaprio, 49, and his acting buddy Tobey Maguire, flanked by a bevy of attractive young women, popped into the restaurant at about 11.30pm, much to the surprise of Ms Fantasia, who is holidaying on the picturesque island of Capri.
“They walked in from the side and I turned around to see who was arriving on this long table that was set with beautiful arrangements and candles and I immediately noticed Leo wearing a black cap, very incognito,” said Ms Fantasia.
“There were other celebrities in the group, but Leo was the biggest star by far.”
DiCaprio was joined by his girlfriend, Dolce & Gabbana model Vittoria Ceretti, 26, and Edward Enninful, the Ghanaian-born British editor and stylist who was editor-in-chief of British Vogue, for the late dinner, and Entourage star Kevin Connolly.
Dining on a separate table was Pulp Fiction actor Samuel L Jackson.
“Leo had 2 massive security guards... his beautiful young girlfriend was there. All the women at the table were young and beautiful,” said Ms Fantasia.
“They were all very well behaved, very lowkey. They had like a banquet on the side and were being served food on their plates.
“It definitely added some excitement to the evening.”
Ms Fantasia said it was likely DiCaprio had been staying on a super yacht just off the popular Italian island.
DiCaprio and Ms Ceretti have been enjoying a European summer vacation, and have been spotted at various locations off the coast including Portofino.
It’s rumoured the couple first met during the premiere of DiCaprio’s movie, Killers of the Flower Moon. at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
