ABC presenter Ali Clarke leads Adelaide breakfast in latest radio ratings survey

A NEW leader has retaken the crown in the fight for Adelaide breakfast radio’s top spot, with a big shake-up in the latest radio ratings.

ALI Clarke has regained her crown as queen of the Adelaide airwaves in the latest radio ratings survey.

The local ABC breakfast presenter is at the top of the tree, leaping ahead by 1.9 share points to 15.6, gazumping her FM breakfast rivals, Mix 102.3’s Jodie Oddy and Mark Soderstrom, who fell 0.4 points to 14.3.

Mix’s nearest competitors in the slot are FIVEaa’s David Penberthy and Will Goodings on 12.6, followed by Triple M’s Mark Ricciuto and Chris Dittmar on 10.5.
Languishing at the other end of the all-important breakfast session are Nova 919’s Dylan Lewis, Shane Lowe and Hayley Pearson who lifted by 0.1 points to 9.2 and hit107’s Amos Gill, Cat Lynch and Angus O’Loughlin who fell 1.1 points to hit 7.0.

Other winners from the third survey of the year include Nova 919’s Kate Ritchie, Tim Blackwell and Marty Sheargold who dominated the drive timeslot on 13.6 points and FIVEaa’s Jeremy Cordeaux increased his share by 0.1 to a whopping 16.1 share in evenings.

Boosted by their strong ratings from their daytime announcers, Mix 102.3 remain number one station overall with 14.8 points.
