MODEL Sara Sampaio ensured she was the centre of attention as she posed on the red carpet during the 70th annual Cannes Film Festival.

The Portuguese beauty looked sensational in a Francesco Scognamiglio Spring 2017 Couture gown at The Killing Of A Sacred Deer premiere, The Sun reports.

Sara, 25, dared to bare in a sheer white dress which featured strategically placed ruffles and patterned lace fabric.

Her white g-string was clear to see as she turned her back to photographers and flashed her behind at onlookers.

The brunette star completed her look with striking red lipstick and stunning emerald earrings while she swept her locks back into a chic bun.

Former Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria was also in attendance as she put on a typically stylish display on the night.

The actress wowed in a plunging nude gown which featured floral embroidery as well as a small train and sheer winged sleeves.

The L’Oreal ambassador sported flawless make-up while her hair was styled into a messy up do.

Meanwhile Nicole Kidman — who stars in the film and also stars in The Beguiled — opted for a striking dress which featured a black top and a white tulle skirt.

Actress Andie MacDowell proved she is a timeless beauty as she stole the show in a sheer black dress which highlighted her enviable figure.

The 59-year-old completed her ensemble with a chic black clutch and heeled sandals while she accessorised with diamond earrings.

The ageless beauty wore her dark locks in glamour waves and sported a slick of red lipstick.

The Killing Of A Sacred Deer is a psychological thriller that has been selected to compete for the Palme d’Or at the Festival.

It follows the story of a prominent surgeon who adopts a teenager into his family — but, as the teen’s actions grow increasingly sinister, the doctor is forced to make a terrible decision.

Directed by Yorgos Lanthimos, it is set to be released in November.
