Demi Lovato: Met Gala ‘not for me’

IT was her first Met Gala, but it seems Demi Lovato didn’t have a great time - and she’s being quite vocal about it.

IT’S one of the biggest and most outlandish parties on the celebrity calendar, but it seems that Demi Lovato is happy to give the Met Gala a miss from now on.

The Cool For The Summer singer attended her first-ever Met Gala yesterday, arriving alongside designer Jeremy Scott and rapper Nicki Minaj.

Today, Lovato posted a red carpet picture that appeared to show Minaj glaring at her as she looked on awkwardly. She captioned the pic: “This picture pretty much summed up my first and probably last met #cool #notforme #sweatpants #forensicfiles #whatsgood.”

It seems as though Lovato’s pinning the blame on her sour Met Gala experience squarely on Minaj.

On her own Instagram account, Minaj posted a red carpet pic of she, Demi and Jeremy Scott together — but didn’t tag Lovato. Cardinal social media sin, right? Lovato Snapchatted this response:
