Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shared some subtle sweet moments together in new behind-the-scenes pics from the Invictus Games.
In one of the snaps, taken by photographer Misan Harriman, Harry could be seen standing on stage at the Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf, Germany, reports Page Six.
He was rehearsing one of his speeches as Meghan sat in the front row alone and smiled from ear to ear at her hubby.
“A lovely moment from this years @weareinvictusgames,” Harriman captioned the black-and-white picture.
The photographer also captured some candid shots of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex enjoying the closing ceremony at the arena on September 16.
In more black-and-white photos, Meghan adorably placed her hand on Harry’s back as they walked and talked to several people before the ceremony.
Meghan, 42, and Harry, 39, were later pictured standing next to each other in the front row while clapping and smiling.
The photographer also shared a sweet snap of Meghan holding an Invictus Games volunteer’s hand as she passionately talked to her at the event.
The Suits alum and the Spare author were previously spotted looking affectionate while holding each other at a volleyball game during the multi-sport competitions for sick or injured soldiers and veterans.
They were later seen holding hands and lovingly whispering into each other’s ears throughout the annual games.
The couple took some time off from their hosting responsibilities to celebrate Harry’s 39th birthday. They made a surprise visit to a Düsseldorf brewery where Harry, who founded the Invictus Games in 2014, reportedly downed six beers.
The duo allegedly continued their European vacation after the games concluded in mid-September and ventured to the Iberian Peninsula in Portugal, according to local outlet Nova Gente.
The outlet claimed that Meghan and Harry took the trip to visit, and stay with, his cousin Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank.
“They arrived in Portugal without their children and as soon as they landed, they headed to Alentejo and more precisely to Melides,” a source told the outlet.
The parents of two have maintained their relationship with his cousin and her husband since famously quitting their royal duties in early 2020.
Meghan and Harry have kept in close contact with Princess Eugenie, 33, since shutting the door on royal life in 2020.
Eugenie and Jack even flew to Harry and Meghan’s home in Montecito, California, to visit the family of four, as seen in their bombshell Netflix documentary, Harry & Meghan.
Harry and Meghan share two kids: Prince Archie, 4, and Princess Lilibet, 2.
