Jonah Hill’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Brady claims the movie star was “emotionally abusive” to her when they were together.

The surfer alleged in a series of Instagram Stories Friday that the You People star, 39, would “gaslight” and “manipulate” her into removing photos of herself surfing in a swimsuit.

Brady — who did not accuse Hill of any physical abuse — shared a screen recording of a message her ex allegedly once sent her, in which he stated that some of her Instagram pics were inappropriate.

Page Six has been unable to confirm the validity of her posts. Hill’s reps did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

In the purported message, the Don’t Look Up star allegedly requested that his then-girlfriend remove photos of her “ass in a thong.”

Brady claimed she complied in removing the photos. However, Hill allegedly told her that it was a “good start” but that she didn’t “seem to get” his point.

In a separate screenshot dated December 2, 2021, the 21 Jump Street star allegedly implied he wanted to end his relationship with his then-girlfriend if she continued to have “boundaryless [sic] inappropriate friendships with men” as well as “friendships with women who are in unstable places.”

Brady also claimed in one of her posts that she and Hill had been seeing a couples’ therapist, identified as Dr. Stern, “once a week for 4 months.”

The surfer claimed that Dr. Stern advised her at some point during their sessions to “paddle away from any man that approached [her] in the water, no matter his age.”

“I was instructed to say ‘I’m going to go talk to my boyfriend’ and then paddle away,” Brady wrote to an unidentified friend in a screenshot posted to her Instagram Story.

The law student, who dated Hill from August 2021 to sometime in early 2022, remained relatively silent since their split but chose to come forward because “keeping it to [herself] was causing more damage to [her] mental health than sharing it could ever do.”

“I too struggle with mental health but I do not use it to control ppl [sic] like he did to me,” Brady wrote in one of the posts.

“It’s been a year of healing & growth with the help of loved ones and doctors to get back to living my life without guilt, shame and selfjudgement for things as small as surfing in a swimsuit rather than a more conservative wetsuit. And I’m sure there’s still much more healing from this abuse ahead of me.”

Sharing some empathy for the situation, Brady wrote that Hill’s actions did not necessarily make him a “terrible person.”

“Someone being an emotionally abusive partner doesn’t mean they’re a terrible person (often stems from their own trauma) and at the same time it doesn’t mean it’s ok.”

Hill has not addressed Brady’s remarks on his social media.

The War Dogs star and his fiancee, Olivia Millar, welcomed their first child together in June.
