Topping the list is the Penfolds 175th Landmark Special Bin Tasting (April 8), where Peter Gago will unveil such rarities as the 1962 Bin 60A Cabernet Shiraz and 1982 Bin 820 Cabernet Sauvignon ($1500).
The Great Henschke Vintage Dinner (April 12) features Italian star Antonia Klugmann and local hero Paul Baker(Botanic Gardens Restaurant) collaborating on a menu to eat alongside wines such as a 2002 Hill of Grace and museum flight of Mount Edelstone ($950).
Due Volte at Yalumba, meanwhile, teams top Sydney chefs Alessandro Pavoni and Giovanni Pilufor a dinner in two parts, set in twin winemaking tanks beneath the historic Angaston winery property (April 13, $500).
