Seppeltsfield and its resident businesses are getting together to celebrate the final evening of spring.
As the sun sets over the iconic Barossa estate, Fino will be serving flatbreads loaded with chicken or chargrilled vegetables, eggplant and kasundi ($15) out on their terrace, alongside an “Espresso Martawny” made with Para Tawny.
For something more substantial, head to the lounge area, where Owen Andrews will have cured salmon with citrus dressing and braised beef cheeks on herbed potato purree.
The artists and craftspeople of the Seppeltsfield studios will also be on hand.
