Javelin Minerals has kicked off its maiden drilling at the recently acquired Eureka gold project near Kalgoorlie.

Javelin Minerals (ASX:JAV) has started a 3000 metre drilling program at its Eureka gold project to test extensions to the existing JORC 2012 resource.

The jam packed program is part of its drill-for-equity agreement with Topdrill, and comes as gold hovers near record highs.
