An impressive Trinity Grammar and dogged Concordia College have finished the pool stage on top in the Under-20 Division 1 Men.
The Sydneysiders capped off a strong run through the pool stages with a nailbiting six-point win over rivals Hillcrest Christian College.

Sutherland Sharks NBL1 rookie Bailey Macarthur continued his dominant run through the tournament with 29 points, while teammate Ethan Marten-Coney added 16 of his own.
The win put Trinity Grammar level with Concordia with a 4-1 record adfter the South Australians picked up their own big win on the final day of pool action.
Led by a 33-point effort from Paddy D’Arcy, Concordia powered past Sydney heavyweights Newington College.

D’Arcy showed his range, hitting six three-pointers, in the 77-51 win, while Luke Pfitzner continued to play the suitable foil with 17 points of his own.
St James College picked up an important 15-point win over rivals St Dominic’s College to finish on top of their pool, while in the women’s Under-20 Div 1 tournament Mountain Creek State High and Berwick College picked up important wins to stay in the finals picture.

Four teams, all sitting on two wins and a loss over the opening three rounds, will have their chance to position themselves on top in two massive showdowns.
The top four clashes headline a big day of action on court four, with seven matches from the Under-20 Division 1 tournaments to be settled.

Concodia College and Newington College were flying through their respective tournaments, undefeated after a big opening day before they were brought crashing back to Earth on Tuesday.
The pair will face off in a battle which pits the defensive stoush of Newington up against the free-flowing scoring of Concordia and their main weapon Paddy D’Arcy.
The two teams who beat Concordia and Newington yesterday, Trinity Grammar and Hillcrest Christian College, will face off in their own super showdown with a place among the top teams on the line.
Under-20 Division 1 Women contenders Hillcrest Christian College and Henley High will also feature on the jam-packed Wednesday schedule.
