The replica homestead was erected as a prop on the block during filming but was removed once filming concluded.
“They obviously chose that site because of the spectacular views,” selling agent Matt Childs, from Pat Rice & Hawkins, said.
The property is currently owned by a local who has held this block and his adjoining homestead farm property since 1999.
“It offers the complete package of views, history and location,” the vendor said.
He has been using the land to run a cow and calf herd as part of his grazing property.
“Every time I walk over this paddock, regardless of the season, I am delighted by the 360-degree panoramic views to both the mountains and the nearby Delatite River valley.”
Expressions of interest close on October 17, and although only recently listed, Mr Childs said there had already been strong interest in the sprawling property.
“There has been a strong volume of inquiry, more than I would normally receive,” he said.
Mr Childs said the property was expected to sell for more than $1 million and would be suited to someone looking to build a “spectacular residence” that would capitalise on the property’s unique position.
