Farms to be sold and auction results in Victoria and southern NSW

Farms across Victoria and southern NSW are having an incredible run at auctions, with many setting records for their areas. See the results and what's coming up.

Pehuen Park at Tallangatta South sold at action for $4.9 million.

The rural property market’s autumn selling season is in full swing.  

The Weekly Times’ auction list, compiled by information supplied by leading real estate agents, details which farms will be sold at auctions at the end of February and throughout March.

Most recently, a livestock farm in southwest Victoria sold for nearly $6 million – equating to a whopping $17,529 per hectare.

The 340ha property, Gwinganna at Terang, sold to a buyer from outside the district.
