Moment undercover Israeli spec-ops assassinate terror cell
Israeli agents disguised as medics infiltrated a West Bank hospital in a dramatic operation to ‘neutralise’ a Hamas terror cell. Watch the video. Warning Graphic.
Hospital surveillance video showed a rare undercover Israeli operation to infiltrate a Hamas cell and assassinate three terrorists accused of planning an imminent attack.
Disguised as Palestinian doctors and nurses, an armed special operations team raided a West Bank hospital and “neutralised” three targets in the first such public operation in at least eight years.
CCTV footage showed the Israeli commandos in white lab coats and medical masks blending in before revealing weapons fitted with silencers as they tracked a Hamas chief and two network members.
The remarkable moment caught on camera showed the group of about a dozen men, including at least three women, using a wheelchair and baby stroller as part of their disguise to go unchallenged at the Ibn Sina hospital in the northern city of Jenin.
This video, released by the hospital, shows the Israeli forces stalking through the corridors shortly before killing Mohammed Jalamneh, and brothers Muhammad Ayman al Ghazawi and Basil Ayman al Ghazawi.

Israel border police said the three Palestinian terrorists killed by its undercover unit included Hamas chief Jalamneh, who they accused of planning an “attack inspired by the Oct. 7 massacre”.
Jalamnah, known for distributing weapons and ammunition for use in shootings, “planned to carry out a terror attack in the immediate future and used the hospital as a hiding place and therefore was neutralised,” the IDF said in a statement.
The Ghazawi brothers, members of Islamic Jihad, were involved in recent attacks, the Israeli military added.
Hospital director Naji Nazzal said the “group of Israeli forces entered the facility undercover and assassinated the men” in the hospital’s rehabilitation ward “where Basel Ghazawi had been undergoing treatment”.
The hospital’s walls were marked with bullet holes while blood clotted bed sheets after the Israeli undercover operation to target the “Hamas terrorist cell”.
Weapons were placed on the bodies of the Ghazawi brothers as they were carried through the streets of Jenin in a funeral procession.
The Palestinian foreign ministry said in a statement on Twitter/X that the “heinous” hospital killings were a “crime against humanity”.
While Palestinians frequently accuse Israeli troops of preventing paramedics from reaching those wounded in incursions, deadly raids inside hospitals are rare.
The last one happened on November 12, 2015, when undercover agents pretending to bring in a pregnant woman raided a hospital in the southern West Bank city of Hebron. They detained a Palestinian accused of stabbing and killing his cousin inside Al-Ahli Hospital.
