Three arrested after 29-year-old man slashed in Adelaide’s Topham Mall car park

A man was rushed to hospital after he was allegedly attacked in a multistorey car park in the city this week.

A man was rushed to hospital after he was allegedly attacked in a city car park this week.

Police said the 29-year-old man was assaulted within the multistorey car park at Topham Mall, Waymouth St on Tuesday, about 6.30pm.

They claim he attacked by three people, who were armed with a knife and a bottle.

He sustained “significant lacerations”, according to police, and was taken to hospital by ambulance.

His injuries are not considered life threatening.

On Friday, police revealed the Youth and Street Gangs Task Force attended a northern suburbs home and three arrests had been made; a 15-year-old boy from Blakeview, a 16-year-old boy from Semaphore Park, and a 20-year-old man from Brahma Lodge.

They were each charged with aggravated assault cause harm.

The two youths were refused police bail and will appear in the Adelaide Youth Court on Monday, June 30.

The 20-year-old man was bailed to appear in Adelaide Magistrates Court on August 10.

Police said the incident was not a random attack.
