Police bust four people after a Ingle Farm gender reveal involving burnouts

Four people are due to front court after a gender reveal in the northern suburbs sparked a police response.
At 1.15pm on Sunday, police said a group of people gathered on Belalie Rd at Ingle Farm to watch a blue Holden Commodore conduct a burnout as part of a gender reveal celebration.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers noticed a 210m-long burnout mark along the road and tracked the vehicle to a nearby home.
Following investigations, the Commodore was located in a garage, with police subsequently inspecting and defecting the vehicle.
Police said a group at the address failed to answer questions and three people – including a 20-year-old Blakeview man, a 20-year-old Ingle Farm man and a 38-year-old Glynde woman – were subsequently reported for the offence.
The driver of the car, a 22-year-old man from Gilles Plains, presented himself to police and was reported for misusing a motor vehicle.
The four will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
It is understood the gender was revealed to be a girl.
