Emergency services have rushed to the scene of a serious crash in the Adelaide Hills on Sunday afternoon.
SA Police and ambulance services including MedStar have responded to reports a car smashed into a tree on Echunga Rd at Paechtown, near Hahndorf Football Club just after 5pm.
The extent of the injuries to the driver are not yet known.
Echunga Rd is closed from Hahndorf with diversions in place onto Paechtown Rd while emergency services remain at the scene.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
