It’s been another Super Saturday of auctions across Brisbane, and you can catch upp on the action with our replays. WATCH NOW
Onsite auctions can return but with Covid-19 restrictions still in place and Brisbane auctions routinely drawing large crowds, many agents continue to hold online auctions. That means we have lives-streamed 21 Brisbane auctions across two channels.
Apollo Auctions director Justin Nickerson is on the road, conducting mostly onsite auctions while Place Estate Agents’ Paul Curtain is livestreaming from Place headquarters in Fortitude Valley.

“It’s as large as a house but it’s a townhouse so buyers are ranging from investors to first-home buyers and families looking to downsize so their kids can move downstairs.”
This will be an online-only auction with local and interstate bidders pre-registering to take part. The auction will be livestreamed from the Belle Bulimba office, 2/171 Oxford St, Bulimba.

The owners of this property have lived here for less than three years and have extensively renovated the home which is one of the original farmhouses in the Newmarket area.
But an opportunity has come up for them to purchase a family home from parents who have brought retirement plans forward due to Covid.
“The plan was for them to buy the family home from her parents but they were expecting to make that move in five-10 years, not so quickly,” Mr Sultana said.
“Covid has realigned everyone’s thinking, although the house they are moving in to will need massive renovations.”
Local and interstate families will be bidding for this hillside home with main living areas on the upper level and a self-contained lower level.
ENDED AT $1.25m, UNDER NEGOTIATION 28 Andrew Ave, Tarragindi
4 Bed 2 Bath 2 Car on 637sq m
Agent: Dion Tolley, Place Bulimba

This is the most viewed property going to auction in Queensland on Saturday and the third most viewed in Australia according to realestate.com.au data, which is a surprise for selling agent Dion Tolley who only listed the property for sale a week ago.
“We put it on the market in the middle of the lockdown,” Mr Tolley said.
“I think as a culture in this day and age, as humans, we adapt fairly quickly to changes and with the technology that we have with our online auction system, we’re pushing on.”
Interstate buyer’s agents representing Sydney and Melbourne buyers are among the interested parties for this home which has a wonderland feel with internal and external fireplaces, an 80-year-old Poinciana tree in the front yard, and an artificial grass terrace.
The sellers have owned the property since 2019 and are downsizing within the same area.
