It is listed with Mosaic Property Group’s national retail sales manager Deon Calder, and while there is no price, it is expected to fetch top dollar.
The Maleny property sits on 185 acres, and consists of a showstopping, 1500sq m homestead, two self-contained luxury eco-cabins, and a renovated three-bedroom managers cottage.
The homestead has six bedrooms, four bathrooms, parking for seven vehicles, multiple living and entertaining areas, an office, library, rumpus room and a guest room.
With views over the Witta and Curramore Ranges, features include honed and polished concrete floors, dark-stained hardwood shiplap cladding, and New Guinea Rosewood feature ceilings.
Other features on the property include a commercial-sized gym, a full-size tennis court with spectator seating, a 1000-bottle wine cellar, a stunning fire-pit, an Olympic-sized dressage arena, a pool and a helicopter landing site.
The property, which was named Masterbuilders Queensland Home of the Year in 2016, is also currently used as a working farm, with 45 head of cattle, five horses, multiple pasture-improved paddocks, stockyards, sheds, and machinery.
There is also over four acres of manicured lawns, native rainforests, waterfalls and private swimming holes.
The Queensland residential property market achieved a new record when a beach house on a 2015sq m block in Sunshine Beach, also on the Sunshine Coast, sold for mind-blowing $34 million last month.
