1/17We are now tracking 150 saltwater crocodiles in the Wenlock River! With this valuable research, we hope to bring people closer to these apex predators to respect them and protect them for future generations. 2/17This photo was taken yesterday by my amazing brother Robert! Stanley the crocodile was first caught in 2013 at 9’ long. Since then he had grown 10 inches and is now 9’ 10”. Stanley the croc is named after one of Mapoon’s indigenous rangers. Picture: Australia Zoo/Instagram

After catching and attaching a satellite tracking device on this gorgeous dinosaur, we are now able to see his movements and learn all about these secretive creatures. 7/17Today was a huge day ! We caught a brand new crocodile in the Wenlock River and we named her Madison. This technique of croc catching was first created by Dad. 10/17Over the past few days we’ve captured three crocs! The first was a small female of 6’ 11” named Peita K and the other two, Wesley and Ryan, were recaptures. 11/17We took turns driving the ute all the way from the Sunshine Coast to arrive here in Far North Queensland together. Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect trip.
