The band will now play a third show at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on November 4.
Tickets to the extra gig go on sale on October 18 from 12pm.
Tickets to their Melbourne and Sydney shows that went on sale on Tuesday have now sold out.
Fans were warned to disable any browser extensions or privacy software which might result in the ticket system flagging you as a bot.
It comes after Live Nation’s chairman Michael Coppel appeared on The Project on Monday amid accusations of soaring ticket prices across the live music industry.
The music promoter revealed that 170,000 fans had already snapped up pre-sale tickets to see Oasis live in 2025 after Noel and Liam Gallagher ended their lengthy feud.
Aussie fans were scrambling on Monday in virtual queues to get their hands on pre-sale tickets amid complaints about high ticket prices, tech issues and long waits.
One person took to social media complaining about how they went to checkout with two tickets to the Melbourne show and was told there was an error and it “put me back in the queue behind 20k people”.
While another said as they waited for the payment to process, the timer ran out and they lost their tickets.
Another reflected on how times have changed since they last bought tickets to see the rockers, explaining that when they joined the virtual queue they were behind 7000 people.
“The last time I bought tickets to an Oasis gig, you had to phone up or line up at a ticket window (c. 1990s),” they posted on X.
Some fans have also sought drastic measures to secure their tickets.
One woman in Melbourne has offered to pay someone $100 to queue online for them, in a job advert posted on Airtasker.
The ad reads: “Need Oasis tickets ... my husband and I both have to work and can’t access computer to purchase tickets.”
In the lead up to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, there were more than 400 tasks posted on Airtasker seeking people to sit in digital queues, with some willing to pay as much as $200.
OASIS AUSTRALIA TOUR: HOW TO GET TICKETS
While the Australian leg of the world tour is more than a year away, the first tickets for the four shows by Brit rockers Oasis go on sale this week.
Here’s what you need to know.
General sale tickets: Tuesday October 15
General sales commence on Tuesday, October 15 at 10am in Melbourne and 12pm in Sydney after Monday’s pre-sale.
Fifth concert show: November 4
The next show will be at Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on November 4. Tickets to the extra gig go on sale on October 18 from 12pm.
How many tickets can you buy and where do you get them?
Ticket purchases are restricted to four per customer and can only be purchased through the Ticketmaster website. No phone or outlet ticket sales have been arranged.
How much do the tickets cost?
For the Marvel Stadium Melbourne shows: from $183.28 to $407.57, with booking fees of $9.90.
For the Accor Stadium Sydney shows: $187.39 to $411.67, with booking fees of $8.95. Sydney concert ticket prices include public transport to and from the Olympic Park venue.
When will tickets be available?
Ticketmaster says purchased tickets will be issued closer to the concert date. They will be sent to mobile phones only - so no paper tickets will be available.
How does the Ticketmaster queue work?
The queue acts as a virtual line so you can view the entire venue and pick the exact tickets you want to buy and uses advanced security measures to detect bots and monitor traffic.
Tickets are always based on availability and demand. They’re not guaranteed.
Can I skip the queue?
No, the queue can’t be skipped. At times, we do offer fan club boosts specific to certain predetermined events. If you’re waiting in line for access to tickets, stay on the page and don’t refresh to keep your spot.
How to avoid ticket scams?
Buying tickets through reputable outlets such as Ticketmaster is the best way to reduce the risk of being scammed.
Ticketmaster advises people that it will never charge a fee for a name charge or to transfer event tickets.
In a statement on its website regarding scams, Ticketmaster said it would also never:
- Ask you to buy an Amazon Gift Card, iTunes Gift Card, money order or any other third-party gift card as a form of payment in exchange for tickets.
- Request that you wire funds as a form of payment in exchange for tickets.
- Ask you to go to a store and buy a gift card in order for us to issue a refund.
People are encouraged to avoid third party ticket resellers, such as Viagogo.
According to the Victorian Government statement, Oasis’ Melbourne concerts has been announced as a major event, which means tickets will be protected under the state’s tough anti-scalping laws.
Tickets to a declared major event can’t be advertised or resold for more than 10 per cent above their original value.
What are the concert dates?
Four shows have been announced for the Oasis Live 25 tour: Friday October 31 and Saturday November 1 in Melbourne (both at Marvel Stadium) and Friday November 7 and Saturday November 8 in Sydney (both at Accor Stadium).
On October 15, Oasis added a fifth show to their Australian tour: Monday November 4 at Marvel Stadium.
Tickets to the extra gig go on sale on October 18 from 12pm.
Will the tickets sell out?
This is all but guaranteed. Of the 29 dates announced for the Oasis Live 25 tour so far, every single one has sold out, including seven nights at London’s Wembley Stadium.
Sydney shows: Accor Stadium seating map

Just prior to 3pm AEDT, Ticketmaster posted on X that there were no General Admission floor tickets available for Accor Stadium.

Melbourne shows: Marvel Stadium seating map
Here is a seating map for Oasis’ Melbourne shows at Marvel Stadium on October 31 and November 1.
At 1.14pm AEDT, there were no more General Admission floor tickets available for both Melbourne shows, according to Ticketmaster.
There are no General Admission floor tickets remaining for Marvel Stadium, seated tickets are currently available.

What about the Live Nation controversy?
Oasis’ tour promoters have been at the centre of a damning report into the country’s live music scene.
Live Nation, which also owns Ticketmaster and Moshtix, has been accused of “sucking up profits” and using its business model to “plunder competition” in ABC’s latest episode of Four Corners.
Peter Garrett, the frontman for Midnight Oil, appeared on the program to warn against the company’s dominance.
“I don’t think Live Nation cares at all about Australian artists,” the long-time campaigner said.
Four Corners said many musicians were afraid to speak out against Live Nation due to potential repercussions.
The show reported that UK concert tickets for Oasis were ridiculed by fans who complained about the high price of tickets. This is called dynamic pricing - as a show gets more popular, the ticket prices go up.
Hidden fees like service fees, credit card fees and booking fees are added to the tickets, plus visible fees like transaction fees.
Live Nation is facing several lawsuits in the United States.
Last week, Live Nation slammed Four Corners and the ABC in a statement given to media and marketing site, Mumbrella.
“Four Corners on ABC Television has published a promotional video for its upcoming episode, in what we are expecting is an inaccurate and unbalanced story about Live Nation,” the statement read.
