Emma Germano has been re-elected as Victorian Farmers Federation president with several new faces also gaining roles.

The Mirboo North horticulture and livestock farmer secured a second term following a contested election including former United Dairyfarmers Victoria president Paul Mumford and former VFF egg group president Meg Parkinson.
The number of votes secured by each of the three presidential candidates has not been made public.
Ms Germano has previously held the roles of VFF vice president and VFF horticulture group president, and was a Nuffield Scholar in 2014.
Incumbent VFF vice president Danyel Cucinotta was also re-elected as was incumbent United Dairyfarmers of Victoria president Mark Billing.
VFF acting returning officer Brendan Tatham also confirmed Scott Young as the new VFF livestock president and Peter Star as vice president.
“I congratulate both Emma and Danyel and look forward to working with them and the wider VFF team to help deliver for farmers and regional Victorians in the coming years,” Mr Tatham said.
“The VFF would like to acknowledge and thank all candidates for the positions and encourages them to continue to contribute to the VFF and the farming community into the future.”
A number of regional positions were also confirmed on Friday with Natasha Lobban appointed as a North East region councillor, Lachlan Barclay as a Corangamite region councillor and Trent Anderson as an East Gippsland region councillor.
