KUBOTA tractors will be well represented at the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo with the territories of three agricultural dealers overlapping in the Seymour area.
Yarra Glen Tractors from Yarra Glen, Godings Agricultural Machinery from Whittlesea, and Bertoli Farm Machinery from Shepparton, will all present Kubota tractors at the expo.
Paul Bertoli of Bertoli Farm Machinery introduced the new Kubota 82kW (110hp) M110GX at the Seymour Expo last year and will show it again this year, alongside Kubota's 100kw (135hp) M135GX model.
Mr Bertoli said he had sold Kubota tractors for almost 35 years and his top-selling five-star Kubota dealership met rigorous standards for service and maintenance.
"Kubota's M series tractors always sell and perform very well, and continue to generate a lot of interest because of the high quality Japanese workmanship and exceptional reliability," he said.
"Kubota tractors are also popular because of their great resale value and the cost of ownership over the life of the machine.
"The reliability of these tractors means they are very cost-effective to maintain."
Bertoli Farm Machinery sells Kubota tractors to government departments and a wide range of farm operations.
Mr Bertoli said brand loyalty delivered a strong level of repeat business, and many sales resulted from recommendations from other satisfied customers.
"Kubota doesn't just make tractors for small acreage," he said.
"They offer a broad range of good quality tractors, ideally suited to many applications and well accepted across the board," he said.
The MGX series cabin has been described as the 'paddock armchair'.
It is very spacious and designed to deliver a high level of comfort.
Built without centre pillars and with a wide rear view, it provides unobstructed visibility.
An electronically-controlled four-cylinder intercooled and turbocharged CRS diesel engine meets EU stage 111B emissions regulations.
The engine is designed for high torque with reduced noise levels and improved fuel efficiency.
The engine management system provides constant engine RPM and prevents drops in PTO speed regardless of the load and type of terrain.
Good traction is maintained with electrohydraulic differential locks on front and rear wheels, and tight headland turns and tricky yard manoeuvres are no problem with the bevel-gear front axle and bi-speed turn feature.
