Victoria’s famed weaner calf sales have drawn buyers from across the state and Australia as more than 38,000 head went under the hammer.

More than 38,000 weaners have so far generated about $56 million for producers during the opening week of the sales, which continue in the Western District this week.

Here are some of the people and faces from across the weaner sales in southeastern Australia.
