Merrijig Rodeo 2025: All the action

Thousands travelled to the High Country for the weekend’s 49th annual Merrijig Rodeo. See all the thrills – and spills – here.

Soaring temperatures at the weekend couldn’t keep the crowds away from Victoria’s High Country at the weekend, as the 49th Merrijig Rodeo came to town.

A staple event of the rodeo circuit, the Merrijig event drew thousands to the town’s arena for a day of bull riding, breakaway roping, steer wrestling and barrel racing, and scores of entertainment for families.
