With $350 million lavished on Perth’s Westfield Carousel last year, the centre is now bigger and brighter than ever. And that’s good news for style-savvy parents who want a destination where it’s possible to combine everyone in the family’s interests, from shopping for on-trend fashion and beauty looks to family dining and entertainment options.
Westfield Carousel includes a Myer and a new David Jones department store as well as, including must-have labels such as global favourite H&M, Seed Heritage, G-Star Raw, Sheike, JD Sports and beauty retailers Mecca Maxima and M.A.C to name a few. For those looking for a special-occasion outfit or planning a mini wardrobe overhaul, it’s possible to book a Westfield Carousel stylist who will accompany you and make finding the pieces that suit you (and your budget) simple.
When it’s time to prioritise fun for the younger members of the family, head straight to the open-air rooftop dining and entertainment area. With 20 restaurants, including a hawker-style laneway serving Asian fusion dishes, there’s something on the menu for even the pickiest eater. Along with a dedicated play area for the kids, there’s a host of entertainment options. Holey Moley Golf Club offers a kooky take on old-school mini golf, plus there’s karaoke. Over at iPlay, the kids can go up in the world with climbing activity Clip n’ Climb, get behind the wheel of a dodgem car or play their favourite arcade games. At Strike Bowling, there are 10 lanes of bowling, four karaoke rooms, and escape rooms where you and your children work together to crack the clues and make your breakout, hopefully, in record time.
Want to catch up on the latest blockbuster? Hoyts at Carousel offers 14 screens, an upgraded LUX lounge, with a menu designed by celebrity chef Manu Feildel, plus there are also 360-degree virtual reality immersions where moviegoers can get up close and personal with the action.
