SELLING at one of Australia’s iconic multi-vendor bull sales, Rockhampton’s Brahman Week, has seen Clukan Boabab fetch a new record of $210,000.
The bull was sold by Clukan Brahmans to Rosetta Grazing, Collinsville QLD.
The price is a record for Rockhampton’s Brahman Week Sale, and the highest price paid for a bull in 2020.
Day two of the almost 900-head bull sale continues today.
Yesterday, Nicneil Sugar Daddy, Nicneil Brahmans, sold for $180,000 to Ooline Brahmans, Cambil Brahmans & Rosetta Station, Collinsville, Queensland.
In all 860 Red and Grey bulls are being sold this week at the Queensland sale.
The bull market has been on fire, with multiple price records broken as bulls fetch upwards of $100,000 this selling season.
