Farrugia is alleged to have obtained five jerry cans in the lead-up to an antisemitic attack in Woollahra on December 11.

“Death 2 Israiel” and “Kill Israiel” were scrawled across the garden walls of homes on Magney Street about 1am, and messages were also sprayed on the footpath. A car at the scene which police believe was stolen was also set alight.

The 34-year-old was arrested at a Liverpool home on Monday morning and charged with participating in a criminal group, being an accessory before the fact to destroy or damage property and being in a stolen car.

The mother of five children is accused of being in the car that was driven to a meeting point, court documents obtained by the Herald state.

She is accused of being part of a criminal group with at least two other people, the documents allege.

The accessory before the fact charge relates to the Facebook post about the jerry cans, sources with direct knowledge of the matter confirmed.

On Tuesday, Farrugia briefly appeared in Liverpool Local Court, where her Legal Aid lawyer did not apply for bail. It was formally refused for her to re-appear in the same court early next month.

Last month, police came to the Liverpool home she shared with her partner, Scott Marshall, and executed a search warrant. The 36-year-old is facing unrelated charges and remains on remand in Parklea Correctional Centre.

“During a search of the unit, officers seized mobile phones, clothing, knuckledusters, an electronic stun device, unauthorised number plates and prohibited drugs,” police said in a statement.

“He was charged with two counts of goods suspected stolen in/on premises, two counts of possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit,” police said in a statement.

On Tuesday morning, Premier Chris Minns and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese attended a Maroubra childcare centre torched in the latest antisemitic incident in Sydney.

Minns praised the work of investigators on Strike Force Pearl, which was set up to combat the antisemitic attacks plaguing Sydney.

“Just yesterday, police made a breakthrough in relation to an investigation in Woollahra late last year,” he said.

A teenager who allegedly waved a Hezbollah flag at a Palestinian protest faced court on Tuesday.

Sarah Mouhanna, 19, was charged with publicly displaying a symbol of a prohibited terrorist organisation at the Sydney protest in September.

Hezbollah is a designated terror organisation under Australian law.

Her lawyer previously told reporters that she would be defending the charge.

Mouhanna briefly appeared at the Downing Centre Local Court on Tuesday and is due to face the same court again next month.
