Car and motorbike crash causes delays during morning commute in Acton

Motorits have been advised to avoid Barry Drive in Acton after an accident on Friday morning.

Emergency services were called to a crash between a car and a motorcycle at approximately 8.45am.

ACT Ambulance Service paramedics assessed one patient at the scene and transported them to Calvary Hospital in a stable condition.

ACT Fire & Rescue firefighters assisted to make the area safe.

ACT Policing is on scene directing traffic.

Delays are expected.
