Alyssa Healy set the tone for the game with a match-winning 75 off 39 balls. Her opening partner Beth Mooney capped off an excellent campaign in which she was crowned player of the tournament by making 78 off 54 balls.
They powered Australia to 4/184.
India were never in the hunt, collapsing early and losing wickets at a regular interval. They were dismissed for a paltry 99.
Megan Schutt and Jess Jonassen each claimed three wickets, while Deepti Sharma top-scored for the vanquished with 33.
