Crown Unmasked: Inside the investigation

James Packer’s Crown Resorts is a behemoth.

Its influence stretches across both major Australian political parties and into the pockets of some of the most powerful people in the world.

A major investigation by The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and 60 Minutes has this week exposed Crown involvement in money laundering, facilitation of Chinese espionage, links to people traffickers and prostitution, and failures in Crown’s corporate governance.

It also exposed an network of links to underworld figures and serious criminal enterprises.

In this episode I'm joined by Nick McKenzie, deputy investigations editor at The Age and one of the most decorated journalists in the country, and Grace Tobin, author and producer with the Nine’s flagship current affairs program, 60 Minutes.

Nick and Grace talk us through the months they spent combing documents and piecing together this enormous story.
