How would you describe your style? Comfortable and sporty. I don’t wear anything other than activewear.

What’s the oldest thing in your wardrobe? My year 12 sports jacket; I still wear it.

And the most recent addition? The black bomber jacket from a collaboration I did with P.E Nation. I’m wearing it a lot. We did a whole collection: leggings, shorts, everything you need for a workout.

What’s your favourite fashion era? Now, because anything goes.

Armani Code has long been the No. 1 scent for Itsines, who says she gets stopped every time she’s wearing it.

Do you have a favourite designer? Pip Edwards, who is a friend of mine. She’s super chic and makes sports clothes look cool; she changed the game. She designed the Witchery White Shirt this year.

What would you wear …
… on a first date? I’m a “take me as I am” sort of person but I’d probably wear something cute: a black crop top and bike shorts paired with a denim jacket or a blazer and some dainty gold jewellery. Not heels, a white sneaker.
… on a plane? Track pants, a crop top and crew neck jumper with white socks and Alo Yoga slides – it’s a vibe.
… on the red carpet? My fashion rule is if I’m covering my stomach, I’m showing my legs; if I’m covering my legs, I’m showing my stomach. I like a two-piece vibe, such as a long skirt with a crop top, or I’d show my legs off in something shorter. I love my legs, so why not? And preferably something white and angelic-looking because I am always in black sports clothes.

What are your favourite activewear labels? Alo Yoga, South.St, White Fox, P.E Nation, Lululemon and Set Active, to name a few.

What’s your fragrance of choice? I’ve worn Armani Code since I was 15 and get stopped every time I’m wearing it.

What are three essential items in your wardrobe? Comfy trackies, my slides and a good skimpy sports bra.

Any go-to jewellery? Two fine gold necklaces that have my son and daughter’s initials on them.

Can you remember a favourite outfit from when you were a child? No. One of my school friends says he can’t believe I’ve managed to get away with dressing like this my entire life. I was a tomboy as a kid, then I played school sport and went into personal training straight after. I’ve never had to wear an actual outfit to work.

And your worst fashion mistake? In primary school, my friends and I dressed up as the Spice Girls on casual day. I remember a pleated miniskirt and ironing my hair with an actual iron – not a good look.

What’s at the top of your wishlist? One of those bracelets that’s welded on to your arm.

Is there something you would never wear? Wraparound cyclist sunglasses.

Is there a current trend you like? I love that you can wear leggings and a sports bra with a blazer and go anywhere. Back in the day, sports clothes were only for athletes. Lorna Jane was one of the first to release casual clothes that you could also wear to a café, but there was nothing cool about it. Now, leggings with a sports bra, denim jacket and sunnies? Amazing.

What shoes do you wear the most often? White leather Adidas sneakers.

Who’s your favourite fashion icon? Hailey Bieber is always chic. Even in her casual wear, she’ll always have sleek hair, beautiful skin and nice lip gloss. I love that.

What do you wear on a typical working day? When I’m filming, I’ll mix and match 12 different top and tiny bike-pant sets. Otherwise, it’s cropped everything – top, jacket – with baggy track pants.

What’s your favourite look for a casual Sunday? It’s the same as every other day but I’ll be hanging with my family having a big Greek cook-up.
