Police are investigating after a house in southern Tasmania was shot at in the early hours of Saturday morning.

A house at Granton in southern Tasmania was shot at in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Police said the residents of the Black Snake Lane house were “unharmed” when the incident happened about 3am.
“At this stage police are treating this as an isolated incident and there is believed to be no risk to the public or wider community,” a police spokesman said.
An investigation has begun and police have urged anyone with information to contact Glenorchy CIB or CrimeStoppers.
