Ash Gardner or Glenn Maxwell.
Who has taken the best catch this summer?
It’s a question cricket fans are asking after Gardner took a stunner to help Australia secure a win in the third ODI of the Women’s Ashes against England on Friday.
Sitting under a high ball against the boundary, Gardner caught the ball and started to lose balance, causing her to step over the rope, she threw the ball into play and dived forward to complete the catch.
Outrageous stuff from Ashleigh Gardner! That's an all-timer #Ashes#AUSvENGpic.twitter.com/uVl7zsLR8p

In the Big Bash earlier this season, Maxwell grabbed headlines for arguably the competition’s greatest grab in the Melbourne Star’s game against the Brisbane Heat.
Running along the boundary, Maxwell flung the ball in the air as he leapt over the rope and made it back into the field of play to remove Will Prestwidge.
The catch capped a remarkable day for Gardner who hit her maiden international century in any format to guide Australia to 8-308 in its innings.
Gardner’s effort only bettered that of Phoebe Litchfield who took her own stunning catch to help ease the pressure on the Aussies.
Fielding at cover, the Aussie opening batter pursued a high ball from Danielle Wyatt-Hodge just outside the ring and leapt spectacularly before holding onto the catch.
