Boston Celtics star Tacko Fall torments young basketballers
Tacko Fall is usually one of basketball’s nice guys but he turned into a villain when a bunch of kids just wanted to shoot some hoops.

Tacko Fall shows no mercy, whether it’s in an NBA game or at a shoot-around with children who barely reach his knees.
Some young, aspiring basketballers got the chance to have some fun with the Boston Celtics big man this week but he played the villain role to perfection.
The little ones were decked out in the Celtics’ signature green but Fall, a 226cm giant, stood at the rim casually swatting away balls that were headed for the basket.
However, if at first you don’t succeed then try, try again, and that’s just what the young’uns did. Displaying the kind of optimism only found in children who have yet to truly learn the harsh realities of life, Fall did his best to speed up their real-world education.
Kids kept shooting and Fall kept blocking.

Fall’s unique frame has earnt him plenty of attention as he graduated from college to the NBA this season.
The 24-year-old is the tallest player in the NBA and the sixth-tallest the league has ever seen, making for some comical images.
Earlier this month he made wrestling beast John Cena (184cm, 114kg) look positively tiny when WWE SmackDown travelled to Boston and last year, Fall recreated one of the NBA’s most iconic photos.
In the 1980s, 231cm giant Manute Bol posed with his teammate and the league’s shortest player Muggsy Bogues (160cm), and in November Fall and the 178cm-tall Tremont Waters of G-League side Maine Red Claws did something similar.
Fall’s novelty factor was in play at last month’s NBA All-Star weekend when Aaron Gordon pulled the Celtics star out of the crowd and jumped over him during the slam dunk contest — but the gravity-defying feat wasn’t enough for Gordon to win.
