Polish superstar Iga Swiatek and Aussie fan favourite Alex de Minaur both committed cardinal sins following their second round wins at the Australian Open.
The former world No. 1 proved too strong for Rebecca Sramkova as she secured the 6-0 6-2 victory to advance into the third round.

But it was during her on-court interview when things went south.
The 23-year-old who is said to be an avid coffee lover was speaking with Jelena Dokic when the conversation turned to coffee.
“I know you’re a great coffee lover. What is Iga Swiatek’s order and how does the coffee in Melbourne compare to the rest of the world,” Dokic said before giving Swiatek a warning “be careful what you say here”.
The word of warning from Dokic however didn’t sway Swiatek who insulted the Melbourne faithful with her response.
“Oh well I gotta say in Sydney I found some better coffee shops,” she said.
The response drew an instant reaction from those in attendance as Dokic displayed a shocked look before Swiatek began to crawl back on her answer.
“No no no, guys the thing is that it’s not easy for me to fall asleep so during a grand slam I’m kind of you know, my coffee level needs to be a bit lower,” she said.
“I’m only drinking it before the match so I didn’t do the right research. So sorry for my answer.”
Swiatek however wasn’t alone in fuelling the long-running feud between the two states as Alex de Minaur refused to back in Melbourne as the home of the best coffee.
After wrapping up his second round victory the eighth seeded Aussie was informed of Swiatek’s remarks before being asked to give his opinion on where the best drop can be found.
De Minaur however played a straight bat and sat on the fence instead of getting under the skin of those in attendance.
“Look I better keep this amazing crowd on my side,” he said.
“There’s no better place for coffee than Australia.”
De Minaur and Swiatek will now enjoy a break ahead of their third round matches, perhaps in that time they can indulge in some delicious Melbourne coffee.
