Tasmanian footballers are putting on a show to start the season.
AFL Tasmania has released stats of every Premier League game from across weekend and there were huge performances right across the state.
Bryce Walsh racked up plenty of the footy in his Lauderdale’s big win over Brighton, finishing the game with 214 fantasy points and 36 disposals. Star Robin Darcy Gardner has 24 disposals, a team-high in the loss.
Tom Reeves was the leading performer with 132 fantasy points for North Hobart as it got the better of Glenorchy on the weekend. Keegan Wylie was the highest ranked player for his side with 26 disposals and 115 fantasy points.
Zach Morris was enormous in Launceston’s opening round win racking up a whopping 33 disposals, 18 marks and 218 fantasy points. Lucas Wootton finished with 36 touches and 14 clearances. South’s Olly Woodcock-Davis was the leading player on the ground with 39 disposals.
Alex Lee was the highest ranked player with 181 points in North Launceston’s big win over Longford as he finished with 20 disposals, nine clearances and eight inside-50s. Longford’s Dylan Headland was the highest rated player for his side after collecting 29 disposals.
