Thousands of runners, walkers and even babies rose early today to participate in the Run the Bridge Fun Run across the Tasman Bridge

WARM weather graced the thousands of runners who turned out this morning for the 2020 Run the Bridge fun run.

10km runners started at Blundstone Arena, Bellerive while 5km runners and walkers began on the Eastern shore side of the Tasman Bridge, with both fields finishing at Salamanca.

There was also a 1km race around Castray Esplanade.
