A total of 11 players are expected to earn dual status when SuperCoach opens from this weekend’s lockout, but Zac Hosking and Dylan Egan are unlikely to be among them.

The next round of SuperCoach position updates will flush through when the game opens from lockout this coming Monday.
We’ll start with good news: Seven players are already confirmed to earn dual status, with another four mere formalities provided they play in the positions named this week.
The biggest SuperCoach winner is Lyhkan King-Togia, the top cheapie of the past two weeks, who will earn dual halfback/five-eighth status provided he runs out as named at halfback.
Now for the bad news: Popular SuperCoach players Zac Hosking and Dylan Egan are unlikely to earns dual status.
Hosking is the second most popular player this week following a long-term injury to his main competition for game time, Matty Nicholson, while Egan is owned by almost 50,000 SuperCoaches.

CONFIRMED
Selwyn Cobbo - FLB added to CTW
Has now started three games at fullback in place of the injured Reece Walsh and is named there again this week.
Isaiah Papali’i - FRF added to 2RF
Has started three games at FRF and played plenty there off the bench. Came very close in the last round of positional changes in round 6 and will finally earn prop status for round 12.
Euan Aitken - CTW added to 2RF
Started three games at centre for the Rabbitohs so lock in dual, even though he’s now back to the pack.
Xavier Willison - 2RF added to FRF
Has started three games on the edge for the Broncos and therefore wins that position.
Jack Williams - FRF added to 2RF
After starting the season with two games in the second row, Williams has now started four games at prop and is named there again this week.
Luke Garner - CTW added to 2RF
Has started four games at centre for the Panthers and therefore earns that spot for SuperCoach.
Bayleigh Bentley-Hape - CTW added to FLB
Four games on the wing for the Rabbitohs.
LIKELY
Lyhkan King-Togia - HFB likely added to 5/8
The popular cheapie has started two games at halfback and will earn dual status if he starts there again this coming weekend, which appears a formality.
Tyson Frizell - FRF likely added to 2RF
Has started two games in the front row for the injury-hit Knights and been named there again this week. Will earn dual status provided he runs out in that position on Friday.
Jordan Samrani - 2RF likely added to CTW
Has played two games as an edge forward off the bench and will earn dual status if he continues in that role this week.
Hamish Stewart - 2RF likely added to FRF
The popular cheapie has been named this week for his third game at lock and will earn 2RF if he runs out as named.
UNLIKELY
Zac Hosking - Currently 2RF only, unlikely for FRF
Toughest call of the lot. Hosking started the season on the edge before getting injured. Since returning he’s played three games off the bench, mainly as a middle. He then started at prop last week. With one more start at prop he would have earned dual status, but he’s now locked into an edge role for three months following a serious ankle injury to Matty Nicholson.
Dylan Egan - Currently 2RF only, unlikely for FRF
Another tough call. Egan generally starts on the edge but switches to the middle for the Dragons. But is he playing lock or prop when in the middle, especially given Hamish Stewart (above) has been named in the 13 recently? With Emre Guler and Toby Couchman both out medium term, Egan is back on the edge this week and therefore just misses dual status.
Latrell Mitchell – Currently FLB only, unlikely for 5/8
Very close to DPP. He’s started two games at five-eighth, plus played half a game there in round 5 despite being named at centre. If he starts at five-eighth again he will earn that position for SuperCoach. Even with a mid-game switch for whatever reason, he’d also come into contention.
Tyson Smoothy - Currently HOK only, unlikely for 2RF
Has played mainly in the back row for the Broncos in two games so far this season, but hasn’t been named this week.
Marata Niukore - Currently 2RF only, unlikely for FRF
Started twice at prop but named back on an edge for the last two weeks.
WON’T EARN DUAL
Ben Hunt - Currently 5/8 only
Has played bit parts at hooker for the Broncos but not enough to earn dual status just yet, and is now out for six weeks with a hamstring injury.
J’Maine Hopgood - Currently 2RF only
Although never officially named there, Hopgood has played some hooker for the Eels. Charlie Guymer has also spent time there.
Payne Haas - Currently FRF only
Switched to the edge for a short period in Round 9 but doesn’t have enough time to earn dual status.
Keaon Koloamatangi - Currently 2RF only
Named at prop recently but won’t have enough games to earn that position for SuperCoach in round 12.
Jye Gray - Currently FLB only
Has started one game at five-eighth but needs two more to win the position.
ALREADY EARNED POSITION UPDATES
Jaylan De Groot - FLB added to CTW
Demitric Vaimauga - FRF added to 2RF
Sitili Tupouniua - FRF added to 2RF
Bailey Hayward - 5/8 added to 2RF
Jazz Tevaga - HOK added to 2RF
Harry Hayes - 2RF added to CTW
Hugo Savala - 2RF added to HFB
Luke Metcalf - HFB added to 5/8
Patrick Carrigan - FRF added to 2RF
Alexander Brimson - 5/8 added to CTW
Taine Tuaupiki - CTW added to FLB
Toby Couchman - FRF added to 2RF
NO DEAL (ie: the “we got it wrong” list)
Fletcher Sharpe - Currently CTW/FLB
While Sharpe is making a great fist of the five-eighth spot for the Knights, DPP rules dictate that we can’t add another position as players have a maximum of two positions.
Jayden Campbell - Currently 5-8/FLB
Playing halfback for the Titans but available for SuperCoach at FLB and 5/8, which were the only positions he played last season.
