KIERAN Foran could be about to disappoint Canterbury’s favourite son Josh Reynolds a second time.

Foran’s big-money move to Canterbury next year meant Reynolds had to farewell his childhood club and accept a lucrative four-year deal at rivals the Wests Tigers.

After overcoming heartbreak and then a hamstring injury, Reynolds’ hopes of a huge comeback game on Friday against Foran might not happen with the New Zealand playmaker struggling with a quad strain.

“He’d be 50/50 at this stage,’’ Warriors boss Jim Doyle told The Daily Telegraph.

“There’s no doubt he will be named, but whether he plays or not, we will have to wait and see.’’
