Reece Walsh celebrates Brisbane Broncos’ premiership with two tattoos
Brisbane’s Clive Churchill Medal hero Reece Walsh has put an exclamation mark on his extraordinary finals campaign with a pair of premiership tattoos.
Broncos hero Reece Walsh has immortalised Brisbane’s 2025 premiership on his skin.
Just weeks after teammate Ezra Mam showed off a back piece telling the story of his rugby league journey and ensuing triumph over Melbourne in the grand final, Walsh celebrated the victory with a premiership tattoo of his own.
Walsh, who capped one of the most extraordinary finals runs in rugby league history with the Clive Churchill Medal, went with a more understated piece which covered his right tricep.
In a video posted to social media, Walsh can be seen lying on his front at Merakita Tattoo Parlour in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, the same parlour where Mam had his work done.
Walsh’s tattoo depicts the Provan-Summons Trophy sitting in front of a rearing Bronco with the word ‘Champions’ below the image.
Walsh also had ‘1 of 1’ inked on the top of his left wrist during the session.
