Loz & Dog: Is one week fair for Taupau?

OUR tipsters were in disarray last week with high scores of just ones and twos across the board.

Everyone will look to pick themseleves up off the canvas with a solid showing in round four.

Follow Phil Rothfield, Dean Ritchie, Rebecca Wilson, Paul Crawley, Barry Toohey, Christian Nicolussi, David Riccio, Nick Walshaw, James Phelps and Paul Kent throughout the season for advice and tips.

Have they got it right for round four or are some of them way off the mark?

ROUND 4 FIXTURES: Rabbitohs v Bulldogs, Broncos v Cowboys, Raiders v Titans, Roosters v Sea Eagles, Dragons v Panthers, Warriors v Knights, Tigers v Eels and Sharks v Storm.

   David Riccio's top tips:

   Score so far: 14

No brainer: Sea Eagles. Poor Chooks fast-running out of troops.

Upset: Cowboys. The Broncos have more than enough strike power to gain revenge from last year's GF.

Coin toss: A lot to like about putting 17 unanswered points on the Broncos last Saturday.

   Paul Crawley's top tips:

   Score so far: 13

No brainer: Can't find one, not after the upsets last week.

Upset: They're all a toss of the coin, but the grand final rematch is probably the toughest to pick.

Coin toss: I've gone for all the favourites, but don't follow me, I got one right last week.

   Paul Kent's top tips:

   Score so far: 13

No brainer: Manly will take advantage of the Roosters' current defensive struggles.

Upset: Hard to pick where the Cowboys and Broncos are after last week's game. Were the Broncos looking ahead?

Coin toss: Penrith will have too many points for a gritty Dragons outfit.

   Christian Nicolussi's top tips:

   Score so far: 13

No brainer: The penny may have dropped with Manly, and DCE should give the young Chooks halves a decent hiding.

Upset: The Tigers throw the ball around, the Eels have rock-solid defence. Will be close.

Coin toss: The Knights. I can see the Roosters and Warriors meeting in round five both searching for first wins.

   Nick Walshaw's top tips:

   Score so far: 13

No brainer: Warriors. Which is a ridiculous statement, considering the Kiwis aren't a sure thing even when leading by 14 with as many minutes to play. Should get off the nudie run Monday though.

Upset: Dragons-Panthers, with the ghosts of Steelers past to get the home side a win. Just.

Coin toss: Melbourne over Sharkies, with fullback Cameron Munster to star among 'The Big 2.5'.

   James Phelps's top tips:

   Score so far: 12

No brainer: Raiders at home should be to good for the Titans.

Upset: Every other game! Especially the premiership replay.

Coin toss: Roosters to hit back by beating the Sea Eagles.

   Dean Ritchie's top tips:

   Score so far: 12

No brainer: They're rubbish but how could you tip against the Warriors this weekend.

Upset: Sharks over unbeaten Melbourne - the home ground advantage will get them home.

Coin toss: Take your pick, but difficult to split Roosters and Manly.

   Barry Toohey's top tips:

   Score so far: 11

No brainer: Raiders should handle the Titans at home.

Upset: Sharks to end the Storm's winning run at home.

Coin toss: All of them. I picked one from eight last week and this round looks harder.

   Rebecca Wilson's top tips:

   Score so far: 11

No brainer: The Sea Eagles might finally have their mojo back.

Upset: The Broncs only get the nod because they're my team.

Coin toss: Any game the Warriors win is an upset.

   Phil Rothfield's top tips:

   Score so far: 8

No brainer: Bulldogs are the best bet of the weekend because Souths will become the latest victim of the five-day turnaround.

Upset: Sharks to beat Storm at home.

Coin toss: Dragons and Panthers is shaping up as another golden-point game. Nothing between them.
