• Winger Tyreece Tait went in the opposite direction from the Roosters to the Dolphins.

• Winger Tom Rodwell joined his younger brother Toby in the Roosters’ top 30.

• Hooker Riley Jones moved from Newcastle to Cronulla.

• Prop Lachlan Crouch shifted from Cronulla to Newcastle.

• Nick Tsougranis was upgraded to the Dragons’ top 30.

Tsougranis only made his first grade debut in the centres for the Dragons a few weeks ago but the local junior did enough in a loss to the Sharks to win himself an upgraded deal.

Rodwell is yet to make his first grade debut but the older brother of Roosters’ sensation Toby Rodwell has starred in NSW Cup this season, scoring 15 tries in 14 games.

He has now joined his playmaking brother in the Roosters’ top-30 squad a he edges towards a first grade debut.

Manly, meanwhile, have been among the busiest clubs in the lead up to June 30. The Sea Eagles were in the mix for Da Silva but he wasn’t their only target as they look to strengthen their forward pack among a mounting injury crisis.

Hetherington has been told he can leave the Knights at the end of the season but Manly were hoping to get their hands on him earlier than that as they looked to compensate for the loss of Taniela Paseska, Nathan Brown and Haumole Olakau’atu, all of whom are sidelined with injury.

However, it is understood the Knights rejected the approach as they look to keep their top-eight hopes alive.
